Our office has immediate opportunities available for resident managers. The right candidate would be someone who is self-motivated and dependable and planning to reside near the campus area for the next two years, minimum. Resident managers are available on-site for resident concerns, some light maintenance and the daily clean up of the property.

Leasing Consultant Position - Part time

Buckeye Real Estate is currently interviewing for leasing consultants. Three positions must be filled before the end of this quarter to replace our graduating seniors. The permanent part-time leasing position offers flexible scheduling, excellent bonus opportunities, and a chance to work in a fun and busy environment. The right applicant will be available to begin immediately and work through the summer months (17 hours per week, minimum, although more hours are usually available if needed). Buckeye is also gearing up for the turnover season, which takes place August 20th - September 20th. This is a work intensive period of time when our office handles the units that are being vacated this year and preparing them for the new residents to arrive on the 16th of September.

The Leasing Consultant position is completely customer service based and calls for someone who is comfortable with ‘sales’, who knows their way around a keyboard (for typing leases, and checking rental information), and can handle dealing with several different tasks while proficiently answering a multi-line phone system. Starting wage is $7.25 for the 90-day probationary period, bonus opportunities begin immediately based on your rentals.

Applicants should be friendly, outgoing, goal-oriented and possess great people skills. Clean driving record a must! Our office is open Monday through Friday, 9am – 5pm (6pm for two months during the leasing season) and Saturday, 11am – 3 or 4 pm. We ask that our consultants work a minimum of 17 hours a week, in addition to alternating Saturdays.
