Keep our residents updated regarding maintenance concerns and
techniques, our office prints 'Maintenance 101' in every issue
of our monthly publication. Be sure to check it out as it could
help you better understand how select amenities in your apartment-home
may be better taken care of. Some articles even include tips on
how to take care of your own minor repairs! To help expedite our
response time, keep the following in mind: Call you resident manager
first. Many of our onsite managers are trained to take care of
easier, more common, maintenance problems that might arise. It
is also helpful for you to refer to your "Buckeye
Real Estate's Handy Book of Maintenance Tips and Household Hints"
for minor maintenance items. Many times, it is easier for our
residents to take care of their own minor repairs instead of waiting
for the maintenance staff to come.
Please
note that we are receiving a large amount of maintenance requests
at this time of year and will handle them in order as soon as
